By using EasyWallpapers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- One person, one account. Don’t impersonate anyone.
Downloading
Wallpapers are provided under the EasyWallpapers Licence. Automated bulk downloading, scraping and hotlinking are not permitted; download rate limits apply and circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
Uploading
By uploading you confirm that:
- You created the work, or you hold the rights to license it here.
- It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- It is not sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive or illegal.
- It contains no malware and no hidden or embedded data.
We may remove any upload, at any time, with or without notice, and we may refuse service to anyone. Uploads may be reviewed before publication.
Prohibited use
- Interfering with or overloading the service.
- Attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Automated access outside of any published API terms.
- Using the site to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Repeated copyright infringement results in permanent termination. You may delete your own account at any time.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, that files will be free of errors, or that any particular wallpaper will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyWallpapers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use EasyWallpapers after a change means you accept the new terms.
